Athletic Trainers often find their way to the industrial setting outside of the traditional methods. We understand the difficulty industrial ATs face when it comes to growing their professional community. Your company shouldn't be the only place you can go for mentorship, community, and fellowship. With limited recognition in traditional AT organizations, IATS is an industrial focused community where ATs from all walks of life can grow together, share resources, and realize their full potential!
Our Community & Member Engagement Committee is the home for all things social and community building. With programs that target young professionals and new athletic trainers like the mentorship program and IATS Connect, IATS ensures that ATs feel they have a place to ask any questions no matter how silly. Community also facilitates the in-person and virtual engagement events from state and local mixers to our annual member social, all with the goal of showing ATs appreciation and care.
The Community Committee meet every second Tuesday at 6pm Central. Meeting links are in the Member community on Discord
PATS In-Person
Are you an industrial athletic trainer near Philadelphia, PA or planning to attend PATS? Join IATS members for an in person meetup! On Saturday June 5th at 10am EST, you are invited to grab a smoothie and mingle! Location: Tropical Smoothie Cafe at the conference hotel. One free smoothie for pre-registered IATS members. Additional free drinks available for non-members while supplies last.

IATS Connect
Join the Industrial Athletic Trainers' Society for a discussion panel type session for students and those new to our field to learn more about Industrial athletic training. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and listen to experienced ATs share their experiences in a conversational style virtual gathering.
